John Wayman Henry III

John Wayman Henry III or also known in the industry as J. Wayman, has been listed as one of the most successful young professionals by Who’s Who in America. He has over 18 years experience in finance, contract negotiations, marketing and business organization. J. Wayman earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and his MBA in Finance at Morgan State University. J. Wayman worked under the administration of Treasurer Richard Dixon where he served as Assistant to the Treasurer and Director of Securities. Two of his key responsibilities included overseeing the $2.5 billion investment portfolio for the State of Maryland and overseeing municipalities financial and securities practices, which included the City of Baltimore. He also was the editor and chief of the State of Maryland annual report, which is approved by The House of Representatives and Congress. After leaving the Treasurers Office, J. Wayman would branch off to create JW Entertainment Group where he was directly responsible for managing promotional activities, media campaigns, generating corporate and consumer sales and developing intellectual properties and events for major fortune 500 companies such as the National Football League. In 2003, E-Merge International bought JW ENTERTAINMENT GROUP where Mr. Wayman served as COO and oversaw the entire business operations of its four core subsidiaries.

Emerge investments, which Mr. Henry oversaw, served as a equity investor and consultant for the Novarre Group’s development “Twelve”, which is located in the 3 billion dollar project known as Atlantic Station located in Atlanta, GA. His primary function is to strategically seek out corporations that served as anchored alliances with the hotel/residential development.

J.Wayman keeps a close tie to the community. As a former athlete, He has called in his relationship with other professional athletes such as Mo Vaughn from the Boston Red Sox/ New York Mets, to help establish affordable housing projects in urban areas across the country. His organization has donated thousands of dollars to charitable organizations such as the Sean Carter (Jay-Z) Scholarship Fund, NFL YET Center, Boys and Girls Club of America and Big Bethel A.M.E Church located in Atlanta Georgia.

He will continue his mentoring program with the JAIMAN/WAYMAN Foundation (which stands for Join Athletes in Mentoring Adolescence Nationwide) and begin his national program in local Atlanta public schools. He is an NFL alumni member and serves on XECHEM INTERNATIONAL (otcbb:xkem) board, a pharmaceutical company that is currently developing effective treatment for the cure of sickle cell.

Mr. Henry is a native of Queens, NY, raised in Baltimore, MD and resides in Atlanta, Ga.

Jeff Martin

Having established solid and multi-faceted background in the risk management and insurance industry, Jeff brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to ELITE. Jeff’s efforts are focused on supporting corporate goals through the cultivation and expansion of business relationships to generate new business opportunities and to foster exceptional client retention. Using the best ideas and information from his service and sales background, Jeff also contributes to the development of divisional strategy for the enhancement and development of services and products to clients. His experience includes custom designed programs for Fortune 500 companies, including the Home Depot. His skills include price negotiations, market analysis, coverage consultation, and account management. Jeff is licensed to conduct business in 38 states. Since 1990, Jeff has an established a career specializing in solving complex issues that threaten a client’s assets, processes, or business development.

Jeff joined ELITE after a brief stint with AIRMI through a merger of his firm, Martin Risk Management (MRM) with AIRMI in 2009. As the principal of MRM, the firm had seven years of productive operations and serviced clients locally, regionally, and nationally. Prior to his entrepreneurial efforts, Jeff served as Vice President for small regional broker for four years, where he oversaw the direction of the brokerage firm. In the years before joining JLM, he worked successfully as a Sales Representative in the Commercial Business Market of Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Jeff’s career began in 1990 as an Account Manager with Marsh & McLennan, Inc. (MARSH) where he designed and managed risk management programs for Fortune 1000 companies.
